Shirine Babb

Founder & CEO

Shirine Babb is an award winning artist who is passionate and committed to diversity, creativity, and professionalism. In addition to more than 20 years of acting experience, Shirine has a BFA in musical theatre, a MA from East 15 Acting Conservatory in London and MFA from USD/The Old Globe in classical theater. Shirine supports students by serving as an Adjunct Instructor at New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and mentor to aspiring actors and artists. 

Shirine is an AEA and SAG/AFTRA union actress, who can be seen in theatrical productions on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Regionally. Notable Broadway plays include Harry Potter: The Cursed Child and Lincoln Center’s production of Macbeth with Ethan Hawk. Her on screen appearances include national commercials and popular shows such as Iron Fist, Blue Bloods, and Madam Secretary. Shirine’s accolades include the Helen Hayes Award, Critics Circle Award nomination, Theater Circle Award nomination, and the ADELCO Award nomination. 

Shirine is the CEO and founder of ACTORSPREP LLC., the new online service providing quality readers to actors when they need them most. As a successful actor, Shirine understands the time and energy spent on simply looking for the next job. After missing an opportunity because she couldn’t find a reader to prepare, Shirine had a sudden moment of insight and figured out a solution to the problem all actors have faced and ACTORSPREP LLC. was born. 

Michael Roach

Marketing Consultant & Strategist

Michael Roach is an award-winning American Marketing Association (AMA) member. His experience with the creative process and visual communications has allowed him to work on numerous creative projects, as well as internationally-awarded film documentaries. Avid, a leading audio/video editing production software company, recognized Michael for his content creation skills and storytelling ability.

In addition to running his own boutique creative/marketing firm, Michael Roach Creative, he is a past president of the American Marketing Association New York Capital Region chapter. Michael thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys training and speaking with audiences about marketing, design, business, career development, and technology. One of his goals is to help elevate the marketing profession and grow the business community.

NaToya Black

Copywriter & Editor

NaToya Black began her professional career in the US Army as a Personnel Services Specialist in 2003. During her time in the Army, NaToya traveled overseas and lived in South Korea for almost 7 years before relocating to Georgia. Since 2019, she has worked in Employee Relations. NaToya’s areas of expertise include organizational development, employee training and empowerment, project management, and written and verbal communication. Most recently, NaToya started Ink & Identity in 2020, an editing and copywriting company where she helps powerful women tell purpose infused stories.

NaToya received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College and her Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
